• Photos and Images: Selfies or photos you upload for AI-based skin analysis and to generate personalized assessments and routines.
• Profile Data: Name, email, and other account details you provide when creating an account.
• Usage & Device Data: App interactions, device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics (e.g., via Firebase or similar tools).
• Affiliate Interaction: Clicks on product links; if you purchase through these links, we may receive a commission.

We do not sell your personal data.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide AI-generated skin assessments and personalized routines.
• Personalize recommendations and improve App features and safety.
• Communicate about your account, updates, and support.
• Conduct analytics to understand and enhance App performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We may use third-party processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI model providers) to process data on our behalf in a secure and privacy-compliant manner.

The app does not store any user data on external servers. Additionally, none of the third-party APIs used collect or store identifiable user information.

3. AI and Image Processing

SKNLY uses AI technologies (including, without limitation, providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini and any successors or similar platforms) to process photos and generate assessments and recommendations. The analysis and outputs are automated and may be reviewed to improve accuracy and safety.

4. Important Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

SKNLY is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical or skincare concerns. You are solely responsible for your use of any recommendations or third-party products.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

SKNLY may include affiliate links to third-party products (e.g., Amazon Associates). We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links. We do not manufacture, control, or guarantee third-party products. Review product labels and consult a professional if you have allergies, sensitivities, or concerns.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account and data within the App. You may also request deletion by emailing support@sknly.app.

Once deleted, all of your information is permanently removed from our systems. We never store, sell, or share your data after deletion, and we do not use deleted data for any purpose.

All personal data is used only to operate the App, generate your skincare routine, and improve your experience while your account is active. Beyond that, your information stays private and secure, always under your control.

7. Data Sharing

• Service Providers: Hosting, storage, analytics, and AI processing vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar or successor services).
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to enforce our terms; or to protect safety, rights, or property.

We do not share your photos or sensitive data for advertising or resale.

8. User Data & Deletion

The image and face data is stored only until the user wants that. We don't save it forever. Our system automatically deletes the user data if the user's subscription has expired and they haven't been active on the app for more than 60 days.

The user can choose to delete their data anytime they want through the profile section in the app.

Once deleted, all associated data including images, analysis results, and personalized routines are permanently removed from our servers. We do not retain any copies or backups of deleted content.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you use the App at your own risk.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
